What is my Account ? How do I update my Information?
My Account on Electro Bazzar helps you to view your orders and manage orders and to have complete control on transaction done on Electro Bazzar. Managing or editing personal data like address, telephone number, email address, credit status, request for quotation, purchase list, storing multiple address and changing password keeps the information upto date.
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once your order has been placed by you and payment authorization has been received, Electro Bazzar sales representative confirms the receipt of order and begins processing it(only for NEFT/RTGS) .You will receive a mail containing order details with a reference id(#100098), list of items you have ordered and the expected dispatch time. You will also be notified when the order will be shipped to you with tracking number.
Can I order a product that is Out of Stock?
Products that are out of stock can be dispatched within specific lead time mentioned and customer will be informed by sales representative of Electro Bazzar about the lead time and customer can order the product even if it is out of stock during the lead time(10 to 15 days).
